Namastat Lodge in Springbok provides a range of accommodation. We are a Caravan Park and Camping spot. We also offer self catering accommodation in the form of free standing chalets. Namastat Lodge and Caravan Park is situated in Springbok which lies in a narrow valley surrounded by the Koperberg in the heart of the Namaqualand, 570km north of Cape Town. Namastat comprises of 4 'Nama huts' and 16 campsites. It is the last major town before Namibia and it is known as the flower capital. For those wishing to caravan or camp, our facilities comprise as follows: 25 camp sites with own electricity point and water (spring water) and braai facilities. Neat, clean and modern share ablution facilities with hot showers. Shared kitchen facilities with hot and cold water, electricity points. Some of the things you can do (and see) in the Springbok area include: Goegap Nature Reserve, Namaqua National Park, Namakwa 4 x 4 Route, Children's Park, Flower Route, Richtersveld National Park, Fly fishing, Namakwa festival (first weekend in Dec). If you are planning on a visit to Springbok, or making it a stopover enroute to Namibia, then Namastat Lodge will provide you with the opportunity to relax and recharge. The Namastat Lodge self catering accommodation option provides you with the flexability to come and go as you explore this magnificent area of South Africa.
