Woodgrange Chalets

Self Catering Apartment, Flatlet in Hibberdene
SUMMARY:
Situation:
The 3 rows of attached chalets are situated on a hill in a quiet area, +-10 minutes walk from the swimming beach, which has been awarded the international "Blue Flag" status. The walk down is easy but steep coming back. Most of the accommodation has good sea views. There are braai's in the garden for each unit and a swimming pool and small games room with a pool table, dart board and table tennis table. There are also 3 duplex flats on an adjoining stand. The shopping centre is approx. 2 km's from the chalets. The South Coast boasts of many fine golf courses, 2 crocodile parks, great scuba diving spots, the scenic Oribi Gorge with its high "SWING" for the brave of heart.

Accommodation types:
The chalets accommodation has the basics necessary for holiday living. Linen supplied. The units have gas stoves and are attached. There is no air-conditioning, microwave, television or servicing. One lockable carport is provided for each chalet.
  • The "Bachelor Type" chalets have a bedroom (double bed) with bathroom-en-suite. The second room has 2 single beds & kitchenette all-in-one. These units are small and do not have sea views.
  • The two bedroom chalets have good sea views. The lounge / dining area & kitchenette are all in one. There is a double bed in one bedroom & 2 single beds & a double bunk in the second bedroom. Photo no's 1,2,3,4,5 & 9
  • The 3 bedroom duplex - is a spacious, with 3 bedrooms, a bath, shower and 2 toilets upstairs. Two bedrooms have double beds & third has 2 single beds. In need two persons can sleep downstairs. The lounge, kitchen and dining-room are down stairs. These units are semi-serviced & have a TV & microwave. There is one lockable garage. Photo no's 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 & 12
What to bring with you:
Iron, towels, dish cloths, TV & a fan. Darts, table tennis bats & balls are available.

The duplex has a TV, Iron & microwave. Bring your own DStv / M-Net decoder.
