Whydah Way Haven sleeps a total of 8 people ONLY.
RATE:
Min 6 Sleeper = R 3069 P/N - Full house
Max 8 Sleeper = R 4092 P/N - Full house and cottage
Refundable Deposit of R 1800 is charged for any misconduct, damages or breakages. This is refunded once housekeeping has checked the house and ensured all is in order. The refund can take up to 7 working days. If it is reported that the house is not in order or there has been misconduct or damages after departure the primary Guest will be invoiced as such and is full responsible for the payment.
Check in from: 14:00 / Check out: 10:00 (Strictly - unless pre-arranged) - PLEASE NOTE: Any late check outs will be fined! Check Out is strictly at 10am, thereafter R150 will be charged for every 30 minutes exceeded!
A minimum of 3 nights stay over Easter holidays, Christmas holidays and long weekends.
RATES INCLUDE:
House is serviced before arrival & after departure as well as DSTV & WIFI is activated. Additional cleaning services are to be arranged and paid for prior to arrival.
*** LAUNDRY SERVICE: At times will pop in anywhere from 8am to collect dirty laundry and possibly start to clean on departure days or during long stays.*** your understanding with this is appreciated as the teams have schedules to follow. Please do not feel rushed to leave, if it is still before 10am on departure day.
ADDITIONAL RATES: HOUSEKEEPING SERVICING
Servicing – 8am to 12pm (Service must be pre-booked & paid prior to arrival)
- Week days - R 720P/C
- Weekends & Public Holidays - R 800 P/C
RULES AND NEED TO KNOW:
- No Smoking in the house.
- No Drones allowed.
- No playing on or near Golf cart.
- No Loud music or noise as it is an Eco Estate. Quiet time: 11pm to 7am
- No Pets or animals allowed.
- No Motor bikes, 4x4 wheeler or loud equipment
- No Fires allowed in the bonfire Pit.
- No Playing in or around the empty rock pool.
- Minors to have adult supervision at all times.
- A max of 8 people ONLY- adults and children included.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- SPEED Limit on the Estate is 40KM.
*** All rules & Conducts, safety regulations, Booking & Indemnity forms as well as all house information will be emailed to you, Please ensure you all make yourselves familiar with this information. All relevant documents and information that need to be signed must be sent through before your booking is confirmed.
*** Should Whydah Way Haven suffer any loss, damages OR any misconduct as a result of an act or omission by any guest, the main guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such and will be billed accordingly and full payment is to be made within 7 days of billing date.
