Arrival times are from 14:00 - 17:00. Arrangements can be made, if arriving later.
Departure time: strictly at 10:00. (Later times only on special request.)

Full payment will be required for reservations that are cancelled within 24 hours of the first day.
The deposit will be forfeited should the reservation be cancelled within 2 - 14 days from the first day of reservation.
Between 14 - 28 days prior to arrival will be entitled to 50% of the deposit refundable.
More than 28 days prior to arrival will be entitled to 75% of the deposit refundable.

The reservation will be held for 24 hours, where after it will be automatically cancelled if the booking request and proof of required deposit was not returned to us.
A 100% deposit (1 day reservation) or 50% deposit (2 and more days) is required for confirmation of reservation. Please fax or email proof of payment. Balance due 7 days before arrival.
Weekend bookings: minimum stay of 2 nights.

No pets are allowed, because Waterkloof Guest Farm is located on a working farm with domesticated animals.
