Villa 48 - Santorini Estate

Welcome to Villa 48, nestled within Santorini Beach Estate, Ballito. Santorini is located along a stretch of two beaches, Thompsons Bay, a blue flag beach and Sunset Beach - a semi private beach - both with direct access from the estate. Our beautiful villa allows you to relax, to look at the extensive sea views as well as the bustle of Ballito and to have a holiday that you won't forget!

The unit contains 2 bedrooms one ensuite and one with a separate bathroom. One bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet, the other bathroom has a toilet and a shower.  Additionally, a cot is available for extra sleeping space. The unit allows up to four people plus one infant up to the age of 4.

The living area features an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery, and crockery. For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are also available. A 6-seater dining table adjacent to the kitchen is perfect for meals. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, a smart TV with YouTube, Showmax, and Netflix, free Wi-Fi, and other amenities.

The balcony has a seaview and a weber braai.

The pool is situated only 7 metres from the villa. There are also communal braai facilities that can be booked should they want guests to join for a braai etc and its right near the beach but in the estate.

The estate is manned security 24/7, with secure parking..
