No smoking inside Villa, please smoke outside.
Guests are required to carry their own beach towels, dish cloths and dish washing powder.
Toilet rolls and soap are given on arrival.

SUMMARY:

Villa 2409 is privately owned and situated in Plot 24 at the dream family resort - San Lameer Estate, South Africa’s own tropical paradise. For comfort living and easy lifestyle, this villa is spacious, lots of light, breezy and offers you that relaxed feeling from the moment you step inside. It’s home away from home with lots more on offer and guarantees the perfect family vacation to remember, as it has something special to offer for everyone!

This villa has 3 bedrooms, fully airconditioned unit.  The main bedroom has a large queen bed with en-suite plus bath tub.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Guest bathroom with separate shower.

Villa 2409 boasts an open plan lounge and dining-room area with a large wooden deck, with perfect sea and garden views to just chill with that sundowner and/or for entertaining guests. The deck offers a Gas Braai as well as a large Weber kettle braai.  One can also oversee the garden where the kids can play freely.

Villa 2409 has a full Kitchen with a gas hob and undercounter oven. Modern accessories and a fridge freezer combo.  Additional scullery  with lots of work area and comes complete with sink, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer and another double door fridge/freezer combo. 

Villa 2409 has complete water security with a 2400L drinking water storage tank guaranteed drinking water supply for extended periods of stay. We also have an inverter fitted at our villa.

Villa 2409 also has a verandah  downstairs, with ample space for even more entertaining which leads out from the second bedroom, directly onto the well maintained garden area where you have a great chance of seeing the estate deer at your doorstep.

There is an outside shower at the entrance for rinsing off that beach body after an amazing day.
