Terms Of Payment
50% to confirm booking and the balance by EFT not later than 14 days before arrival (or 60 days before arrival for December/January bookings).
Cancellation Policys and amendment charges:
- R500 cancellation fee
- If the property is re-let for the full duration of the booking, then the full amount (except the cancellation fee) will be refunded.
- 100% of total amount invoiced, if booking is cancelled 0-7 days prior to arrival;
- 50% of total amount invoiced, if booking is cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival;
- No refunds will be made if the property is vacated earlier than the period it has been booked for.
Conditions of Letting:
- Arrival time: 14:00pm.
- Departure time: 09:00am.
- Please bring photo ID for verification.
- Please check inventory upon arrival. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 12 hours.
- Prior to departure, please ensure that the unit is locked, and left in the same condition as it was found on arrival. Should extra cleaning be required this will be deducted from the deposit.
- Tenants will be held responsible for all charges relating to lost keys or keys not returned after vacating the premises.
- Any breakage or damage to the property or linen will be charged accordingly.
- No smoking within the property.
- No dogs or other pets are allowed without special permission.
- The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.
- No parties, end of year / Matric Rages, overcrowding or excessive noise is permitted. Failure to adhere to this will result in immediate eviction with no refund of rent.
- No loud noise after 10pm
- Bed linen, Towels and Bathmats are supplied. An extra set of bed linen and towels will be supplied if your stay is for more than 7 days. Please inform us at the time of booking if you would like to arrange for any additional linen or towel changes. Additional charges will apply.
- Beach towels are not supplied. Please carry your own Beach towels.

Cleaning Services:
- The unit is not serviced
- Please inform us at time of booking If you would like to schedule any extra cleans (full service including beds, bathrooms, floors, dishes and braai). Additional charges will apply.
- Cleaning services will be conducted between 8:30am and 16:00pm.
- Should TV sets, air conditioning units or electrical appliances go faulty during your stay, we will endeavour to have them repaired or replaced as soon as possible. However, no deduction in rent will be allowed for delays beyond our control.
- Tenants and their visitors must abide by the terms and rules of the Body Corporate of the Complex in which they are staying. If these rules are not adhered to, we may be requested by the Body Corporate to evict tenants or guests without any rental refund.
