Each Villa has 4 bedrooms and consists of the following: 1 King Suite has King size bed, one with a jacuzzi, bath & shower and 1 Queen Suite has one queen size bed with bath & shower. Both rooms are on the ground floor in each villa. Upstairs we have 1 Std. Queen which has 1 double bed with bath & shower / some have shower only. And 1 Std. Twin with two twin beds with shower only. Some have bath & shower. Each Villa has a dining area, lounge & a patio – kitchen use is optional. We also have a restaurant where we serve our breakfast lunch & dinner. A pool, pool bar and a cigar lounge. |

The Royal Villas Swaziland offers award winning accommodation, conference

The signature Lihawu restaurant provides a fine dining experience with exquisite

premier wine cellar.
Guests have a choice of lounges and outdoor venues in which to relax and soak up
the best of Africa. Whether you prefer the welcoming pool terrace or the more

Located just 10 minutes from the capital Mbabane, the Villas are well positioned

Accommodation
Each of our 57 luxury guest rooms are set within 14 carefully designed
Villas providing a haven of optimum comfort for the trendy traveller or
businessman. Furnished with extra comfortable beds fitted with exquisite cotton,
each room is fully-equipped with air-conditioning, heated towel rails, mini bars
and Wi-Fi.
Every Villa is prepared with well appointed lounge areas, dining rooms &
beautiful gardens.
When taking a room in a Villa, the residents of that Villa (4 rooms max.) share
the common facilities of the dining room, the lounge, and the outside seating
areas (with the exception of the King Suite private outdoor patio). Occupying an
entire Villa entitles the guest to exclusive use of all facilities within that
Villa.
Dining
The Lihawu is open to the public and offers a delightful ambience of
contemporary Africa. The menu features Classic African Fusion Cuisine as well as
monthly seasonal specials.
The restaurant can seat up to 130 people with smoking and non smoking sections &
a gorgeous open door wooden deck facing the swimming pool.
The Lihawu proudly features the Sivuno Wine Cellar which boasts up to 1000
different superior wines. For the connoisseur, our wine club features personal
wine storage space and excellent prices on selected featured wines.
On the Upper level of the restaurant is Endzaweni private dining facility
featuring state of the art boardroom facilities with built in projector and
viewing screen.
Enjoy an after dinner chat in the Ensangweni Whisky / Cigar Lounge. Entry is age
restricted - must be over 18.
On the last Sunday of every month, The Lihawu hosts Sunday spit-braai barbeques
beside the swimming pool area - an ideal family event!
