The Art House has three bedrooms; top two are king-sized with en suite bathroom, and queen-sized with separate bathroom. Bottom bedroom is double with a separate bathroom cum guest toilet. Living area downstairs is open plan incorporating lounge, dining area and kitchen in the same space. The lounge area leads to a deck on the northern side of the house. On the southern side the house overlooks the spectacular Cape St Francis beach and Seal Point nature reserve with the historic lighthouse in the background. From the balcony leading off the main bedroom shipping can be observed passing along the coast.

The garden includes a fire pit, a meditation corner and a bird watching hide.
NEARBY FACILITIES
The pristine blue flag beach is a short walk over the dune from the house with lifeguards on duty. In the immediate vicinity of The Art House are delightful walking trails through the Seal Point and Irma Booysen Nature Reserves where bird watching can be enjoyed. The village boasts a few restaurants including the Nevermind restaurant at the lighthouse plus a few small shops including a well-stocked convenience store.
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
Besides the more extensive range of shopping facilities and restaurants, St Francis, provides a number of recreational facilities which include, two golf courses, surfing, kayaking, fishing, deep sea fishing from the port, tennis courts, bowls, hiking trails, petrol station, plus much more. The Brewery frequently hosts visiting artists providing top notch entertainment.
