Starfish VILLA
Situated near Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, Starfish Villa offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely exclusive holiday house [not apartments or condo units], directly above Shaka's Rock tidal pools and centrally located between Thompson's Bay and Salt Rock's beaches. Guests can admire 180-degree panoramic sea views, elevated 250 meters from the beach and faces the breakers at Thompson's Bay beach. 

Guests can be comforted behind a secured 3.0 m high perimeter security wall in a private cul de sac road with its own separate driveway, garage & 2nd parking entrance. The Villa has an open plan living room, lounge, dinning & and kitchen area. The living area flows from one veranda to the other through folding sliding doors, ideal for dining & entertaining. The lounge has a full DStv bouquet & ocean facing veranda. Both verandas are designed to alternate according to changing weather conditions.  

There is a private pool stepping directly onto the main veranda with a comfort suite, cane chairs, offering a small bar, mini fridge with a concrete serving counter top. There is a second veranda leading off of the lounge, through French doors, looking onto the breakers at Thompson's Bay beach & tidal pool.  

This Villa can sleep 8 people & consists of a main bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom/ocean facing walk-in shower, with two more rooms, both with en suite, the third room with king bed or converted into two single beds, with a double bunk, perfectly suited for families. There is a separate guest loo. 

The gardens are all walled & fenced to secure small, well-mannered dogs, provided it is arranged in advance. The location is within a 5-minute walk to the Chaka's Rock tidal pools and beach, three restaurants, liquor store & Ballito's town centre is a 3.5-kilometres drive and King Shaka International Airport is 20 kilometres away.  

Water sports such as: surf swimming or in the tidal pools, surfing, boarding, canoeing, fishing, snorkelling or just beach walks are available within a 500 m walk from the Villa. Other forms of entertainment are nearby to the Ballito area.  

Starfish CHALET
This stunning, self-catering, three and a half bedroom Dolphin Coast chalet (modern cottage style) is positioned directly above Chakas Rock pools and centrally located between Thompsons Bay and Salt Rock beaches. The 150 degree panoramic ocean vistas are spectacular, elevated 250 meters from the shoreline and within a five minute walking distance to the beach, restaurants and liquor store. Ballito central is a five minute drive and UShaka International airport is half an hour away.

The chalet offers main king bedroom en-suite, second queen bedroom & the third king bed or split into single beds sharing an en-suite & a fourth link room with double bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with guest loo. Both showers are modern roll in.

An entertainer’s paradise waits, equipped with DSTV and serviced garden & pool. Outdoor entertaining area includes: Breath taking ocean views of the pool, mini pool bar, counter bar fridge, gas and fire braai / BBQ, sun loungers an umbrella, wrap around veranda, cane comfort suite, barrel bar chairs & stools, fire pit, alfresco 10 seater dinner table. The living area has an eight seater dining table, open plan kitchen, gas hop - cease stone countertop’s & lounge / TV areas, with a separate scullery including washing & dishwasher machines.

Guests pay Starfish Accommodation a 50% deposit upon booking & the balance payable 45 days before arrival. Bank details will be provided after booking. House rules strictly apply & published in house, guests must read the rules upon arrival. Party or Rage groups must confirm arrangements prior to booking.
