Holiday guests visiting South Sea Beach House agree to adhere to the following rules, regulations, and notices: The full deposit will not be refunded should you not comply with the below terms No. 1 - 20

AT SOUTHSEAS BEACH HOUSE IS A NONE SMOKING HOUSE. Failing to abide by this rule, Joseph (Caretaker) will report you, and you will forfeit your deposit.

A maximum of 14 persons including children are allowed and no visitors are allowed, your deposit will not be refunded should you not comply.

Refundable Deposit

• Kindly NOTE that the refundable deposit it will be refunded in 3 – 7 working days after you have checked out, please send us your banking confirmation (PDF) details in the email.

Cancelations Policy

• All no-show bookings or bookings canceled 4 weeks before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of the full booking charge.

House Rules and Terms

1) Please treat our house as if it were yours, and with the same respect. Leave it in the same way as you would like to find it on your next arrival, remember all breakages and or losses will be deducted from your deposit.
2) Remember to go through the inventory checklist on your losses before your departure, with Joseph, you are liable for any breakage checklist items that may occur during your stay.
3) Bring your bath, and swimming towels, cleaning liquids, and dish towels.
4) Please note that laundry facilities are only applicable to guests who stay for 5 days or longer.
5) This is a pet-friendly home if you take the responsibility for caring, for and cleaning any damages that pet-friendly.
6) Joseph is available for cleaning at R150 per day.
7) No wet swimwear on couches chairs and beds.
8) Report lost keys immediately, contact Marinda at 0836280539.
9) The house is situated in a residential area. No loud music is allowed at all. Please respect the neighbors and refrain from being loud after 22: 00, your full deposit will not be refunded should you not comply.
10) This is a FIREWORK FREE AREA.
11) Place braai grids and drip tray outside before 10:00 AM if you want them to be cleaned. (If Joseph has been arranged to clean)
12) Refuse removal: Please make sure that you know where and when to put your refuse for removal confirm with Joseph.
13) SECURITY: The house is protected by an alarm system (Joseph will brief you on its use) and Armed Response Security is still however your responsibility As in any holiday area, petty crime is life. Do not allow strangers into the house or yard, and do not place valuables near open windows and doors (please use the Mini Safe which is provided, Joseph will provide you with the only key on site.
Please look after it as the spare is with us in Vanderbijlpark). Please ensure you activate the alarm. And close all windows doors and gates as required. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damages, yours, or ours, during your stay.
14) If you break something please replace it with an identical item otherwise the cost of procuring a replacement item will be deducted from your deposit.
15) The house is equipped to accommodate 14 people so there is enough crockery, cutlery, beds, and bedding for that amount of people. More importantly, the house depends on a septic tank drain and sewerage system which is designed to support that many people and will cause serious problems if overloaded. If abused, it will cease to function and result in expensive rectification costs (again for your account). Please also refrain from dumping oils and fat into the drain as these items will immediately block the drains. Please dump these, after cooling, into the dustbin provided.
If the above rule does not adhere to you WILL forfeit your deposit and you WILL be held liable for any additional costs which may be incurred.
16) Please do not remove bedding, pillows, indoor furniture, or covers from the house.
17) Please do not move any furniture around, e.g. Lounge furniture, beds, and mattresses.
18) Before checking out please confirm with Joseph that the TV and all remotes are in working order.
19) No extra mattresses or bedding are to be brought into the house, please.
20) No fires are permitted on the beach. The neighbors will immediately report you to the authorities who will deal with you, and you will furthermore forfeit your deposit if the matter is reported to us.

Guests accept full responsibility and risk for any injury, damage, theft, or loss of rented property and or vehicle and or person resulting from the use of South Sea’s accommodation. We will not be liable for any personal or physical damage, theft, or loss, whether directly or indirectly, resulting from the use of South Sea’s Accommodation.
By paying your invoice you accept all terms and conditions above and we have the right to withhold your deposit you will forfeit your full deposit should you not comply with the terms above No 1-20.

Self Catering House, Cottage, Chalet in Sea Park
SUMMARY:

Situation
Southport bordering Sea Park. 5 minutes to Port Shepstone, 10 minutes to Shelley Beach, 15 minutes to Margate and 30 minutes to Wild Coast
Located right on the beach with beautiful seaview. No road or railway line to cross. Access to beach from the garden gate. Sleep to the sound of the sea.

Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms, 3 rooms have queen size beds, 4th bedroom has 2 single beds, the fifth bedroom is upstairs - dormitory style with 1 queen bed and 4 single beds. All rooms are fitted with fans. 3 bedrooms have sea views. Bed linen is provided, please bring own towels.

Bathrooms
One with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
One en-suite bathroom has a large bath, toilet, and shower with hand wash basin.

Kitchen
Is fully equipped with 2 fridges, deep freeze and 1 bar fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan. There is enough crockery and cutlery for 14 people, with ample pots and serving dishes.

Living area
The open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area with sunroom to one side, makes for easy family living. There is a new television and DVD player along with a DStv dish with decoder.

Television
There is a flat screen TV in the living area and an additional TV in the upstairs bedroom. Both are linked to a DSTV decoder with limited bouquet. Please bring your own DSTV car for your own convenience.

Security
The property is protected by a armed response alarm system and 2 sets of beams - one in the garden and the other to protect the cars - 4 of which can be parked in the property. Security gates are on the 3 exterior doors, and the windows have burglar bars.

Garden
The garden has a swimming pool (net provided) and 2 garden showers , 1 with hot water. Pleasant braai area. Weber, skottel and potkie pot provided.
Experience wonderful whale sightings and beautiful dolphins from the veranda.

Beach
The beach in front of the property is great for diving, fishing and playing in the waves. There are many rock pools, which make for interesting walks and fun for children. A protected bathing beach is located at Umtentweni. A pleasant 2 km walk away.

Activities

Port Shepstone Country Club offers golf, tennis and squash etc. There are 8 golf courses within a 50km radius. Oribi Gorge is a 30 minute drive away. Bird watching, horse riding and hiking. Many restaurants, cinema and entertainment are within close proximity.
