Beachfront Apartments @14 Skiathos

This self-catering apartment on the Dolphin Coast has amazing uninterrupted sea views. It is situated on the beachfront between Shakas Rock and Salt Rock beach, close to Thompson and Willard's beach.  Direct access to safe swimming beaches with life guards on duty. Couples will enjoy the privacy and families will love the rock pools on either side of the complex.

Lots of conveniences such as restaurants, movies, entertainment for the children.

King Shaka International Airport is only 24km away.

The apartment has one flight of stairs to enter, and is situated on the 3rd floor with stunning breaker views.  The main  room en-suite has it's own access to the verandah. The second bedroom is large and sleeps 4 in two singles and a double and has it's own en-suite bathroom. Bath and beach towels are provided. Wifi is available.

The apartment is modern and spacious, furnished and equipped to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

A Weber gas BBQ is available for guests to use while enjoying the sunset from the verandah.

Guests have access to a swimming pool within the complex. There is direct access to the beach through a secure side gate in the complex and a sizable tidal pool immediately to the right of the complex. There is on-site reserved under cover parking and open parking for visitors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven and extractor fan. There is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo available to our guests.

Flat screen TV with DSTV (commercial bouquet), Netflix, and DVD player.

The apartment is situated in a secure complex with evening guarding.

The beach gate is lock after dark from 18h00 - 6h00 for added safety.  

The apartment has security gates on all doors and windows for added peace of mind.  There is a security camera inside the entrance to the apartment to monitor arrivals only.

We love the North Coast for its vibe, conveniences and beautiful beaches. The area has so much to offer and the unit is uniquely situated, between Shaka's Rock and Salt Rock. Close enough to Ballito but still having its on infrastructure with plenty of shopping centers and major retailers at the Lifestyle Center and Ballito Junction.  The Tiffany Mall in Salt Rock has a lovely center too. A local market (the Litchi Orchard market) is well worth visiting at weekends.

If you can make it by 5pm on a Friday evening, we highly recommend you packing your cooler box and heading to Salt Rock beach to enjoy sun-downers (unique to this beach) with the local residents. The atmosphere is wonderful and this really sets the mood for a great weekend!

You are within walking distance to "Salt" Cafe, which serves breakfasts, coffees and pizzas and LOL'S Food Fusion for delicious dinners and cocktails.  

There is also a Superette close by selling basic essentials like milk, bread etc.

Sugar Rush Park is a short drive away.

Uber is available in the area to get you where you want to go.

"Go Ballito" is a shuttle service from and to the airport (see their website)

"Tuk Tuk" taxis are available (see their Facebook page - Ballito TukTuk shuttle) will take you where you need to go locally.
