Shorebreak
Shorebreak is a 4 bedroom house in a small, safe complex in Southbroom, KZN. The house has been recently renovated so all fittings are new and fresh. The house is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and bed and bath linen, with the exception of swimming towels.
The complex has large, treed gardens and is fully fenced. There is no pool in the complex. The house is a very short walk from the beach and has exceptional sea views.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, guest loo, two lounges, dining room, very large fully equipped kitchen, a large secure courtyard and two sea facing patios, with a Weber braai.
There is back up power and water for the house, which ensures uninterrupted services at all times.
The unit is at the end of the complex and has a very private, large garden area surrounding the house.
There is a TV streaming device in the lounge with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney plus as well as Supersport and a large number of international news and lifestyle channels.
The house is situated on the Southbroom golf course and offers beach, golf course and nature reserves close by for walking.
