Terms of Payment

  • Please note minimum stay 2 nights or for one night a cleaning surcharge of R400 will be levied.
  • Booking will be confirmed only on receipt of 50% deposit of the total accommodation fee.
  • Balance to be paid within 14 days of arrival. Late payment will result in the reservation being cancelled and the required period becoming available on the calendar.
  • An additional R700 breakage deposit is required – refundable within 7 days of checking out

Cancellation Policy

  • The percentage is calculated on the clients TOTAL RESERVATION cost payable.
  • Cancel within 30 or more days before arrival. R500
  • Cancel within 22 to 30 days before arrival. 25%
  • Cancel within 14 to 21 days before arrival. 50%
  • Cancel within 14 days and less before arrival. 100%
  • Paying the first deposit and return of booking form is construed to be acceptance of these conditions and binding to all.
  • Arrival times 14h00 and departure not later than 10h00.
  • Payments by EFT only.

SUMMARY:

Apartment is in a very secure block with undercover parking and 24 hour security. The flat is virtually on the beach and has 180? panoramic sea views. The beach is Lifeguard and Shark Net protected. A great holiday venue for relaxing, swimming, fishing, surfing, kite surfing etc. The South Coast is the warmest place to be in Winter and obviously brilliant in Summer. Don’t miss ‘The Greatest Shoal’ on Earth – the sardine run in June/July/August.

The flat can accommodate 4 people comfortably and has a main bedroom with a Queen Size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a second bathroom with a shower. All linen provided but bring your own towels beach towels. The open plan lounge has a TV with WiFi, Netflix and YouTube. There is a sleeper couch for 2 extra if required and there is a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

The flat is on the 16th floor with amazing views. In the complex grounds are a large swimming pool, toddlers’ pool, undercover and open braai area and facilities. There is a Laundry in the basement and a shop selling the basics, meals and take-aways on the ground floor. Winklespruit and Amanzimtoti are but a beach walk away. Doonside shopping centre is within walking distance (± 1km.) and Galleria Mall is about 5km away.

Durban City attractions, Golf Courses, Oribi Gorge, Casinos all within driving distance.
