December to January school holiday: R7500  per day (includes the flat)
Cleaning fee: R600
Rates for flat (4 people - only when Opsters is vacant)
High season: R2200 per day
Low season: R1600 per day
Cleaning fee: R300
To accommodate 7-11 people, the two units can be rented simultaneoulsy.
High season: R5500 per day (April school holidays and long weekends)
Low season: R4000 per day
