Rates are for the house per night. Maximum of 12 people per night.
Booking in times are from 2.00 pm (14h00) and vacating no later than 9.00 am in the morning.
50% deposit is required and an additional breakage fee as security towards breakages
- Balance to be paid 14 days before arrival
- Breakages deposit will be paid back in a month's time.
CANCELLATION CLAUSE
- Cancellation received less than 90 days prior to arrival date - 25% of deposit is retained.
- Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to arrival date - 50% of deposit is retained.
- Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival date - 100% of deposit is retained.
- Please note that once a reservation has been made any changes (such as a reduction of days or changes of dates) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the deposit is forfeited - the application of the deposit to the altered booking is entirely at our discretion. Changes such as additional days are not deemed cancellations and therefore if the accommodation is available the deposit is carried forward.
- Should you not take occupancy on the expected date of arrival; an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
- No refunds are given for early departure

- Right of admission reserved
- More than 12 people staying in the house will lead to immediate dismissal and you may be asked to leave without notice, thus forfeiting the monies >already paid.
- The owner will not be held responsible for loss or injury incurred during your stay.
- Please leave the house in the same condition it was in with your arrival.
- No subletting is allowed.
- The keys are with Dorah Sibongile; the maid who resides on the premises.
- A deposit of 50% of the total rental and 50% of the breakage deposit is payable within 48hours from confirmation.
- The balance is payable 14days before occupation.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 30days after departure if no incidents occurred.
- Check in time is from 14h00 on the arrival date and check out time is before 10h00 on the date of departure.
- No letting to Matrics for Matric holidays – the deposit will be forfeited.
- Under no circumstances may any of the furniture be moved. Should it come to our attention that it was moved – the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
- No pets allowed
Oppi-C Holiday Home
Oppi-C is a spacious house with a garden and no stairs. It is conveniently situated 40 meters from the sea and within walking distance from the tidal pool, shops, pubs & restaurants.
1. FACILITIES
1.1 Oppi-C can sleep up to 12 people
1.2 There are 4 bedrooms:
Room 1 sleeps 2 : 1 x Queen size bed - En-Suite (Shower; Toilet & Basin)
Room 2 sleeps 4 : 1 x Queen size bed +1 x bunk bed
Room 3 sleeps 4 : 2 x Single beds + 1 x Bunk
Room 4 sleeps 2 : 2 x single beds - En-Suite (Shower; Toilet & Basin)
1 x Baby cot available upon request
Linen supplied: Duvets, Pillows and blankets
Please bring your own bath and beach towels
1.3 Separate family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet
1.4 Fully equipped kitchen
1.5 Large lounge & dining area with 2 tables (8 & 4 seaters)
1.6 Covered parking for 2 vehicles
1.7 Outside timber shaded patio with braai facilities & patio furniture
1.8 Swimming pool with safety net (use at own risk).
1.9 Laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer & ironing equipment
1.10 Obligations of maid on premises:
- Assist with inventory check upon arrival and departure
- Washing of dishes and general cleaning of the house once every morning between 8:00 and 11:00 excluding Sundays and public holidays
- Additional services offered by the maid (not included in rental)
- R 15.00 per kg for laundry
- Should you require any other services such as baby sitting, a direct arrangement with the maid can be made
1.11 DSTV is available (Commercial package channels as listed by DSTV)
2. SECURITY
2.1 A monitored alarm system with armed response is installed for your perusal. Please make use of it as it for your own safety. Should any breakins occur, we will not be held liable.
2.2 Ensure that all the windows and doors are locked and that the alarm system is activated when you leave the premises or going to sleep.
