Overcrowding not permitted – unit sleeps six people including children.
Please do not braai on patio or use electric braai inside the unit.

SUMMARY:

This attractive holiday getaway is just steps away from the main Winkelspruit beach. No need to cross roads. It is a 2 bedroom apartment, one with a queen bed and the other with two double beds. (Only linen is provided- please make sure to bring your own towels, toiletries and kitchen dishwashing liquid.)

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with standard cooking essentials including a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, hob and under counter oven.

The spacious bathroom has a tub and a separate shower.

The open plan lounge with TV (open view decoder installed, DSTV is available- please bring your own decoder-not Explora- and smart card ) leads onto the ground floor patio with a 6 seater picnic bench. The patio can also be accessed from the main bedroom. Both bedrooms as well as the lounge are equipped with fans and there is a private safe for valuables.
The simplex is not sea facing but it overlooks a grand sparkling pool surrounded by lush, relaxing gardens and has its own PRIVATE ACCESS to the beach just meters away.

A carport is provided for one car and has space for one trailer.

The property is completely fenced with remote controlled access at the main gate and a key for direct beach access. To add to the security of your holiday there is a 24hr security patrol.

Enjoy the beautiful views of the gardens and the main beach at the entertainment area which is central to the complex. Relax under the lapas on benches while braaing just steps away from the sea. A gate leads onto the beach (locked for security purposes) where you will find the lagoon, fishing rock (shad area) with tidal pools for adults and kids. The main beach is fully protected by shark nets and is patrolled by qualified Lifesavers. The beach is perfect for long relaxing walks or early morning jogging to keep fit. The sea is ideal for adventure lovers who can enjoy surfing, kitesurfing and kayaking.
 
Even with amazing views all around, you will find you are still in close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies. The Galleria, Arbour Crossing and Makro are all approximately 10 minutes away. All of your shopping and entertainment needs are taken care of under one roof. The Movie theatre, the ice rink or the games arcade are ideal for the kids on rainy days. Everything you may need is within easy reach.

The unit is cleaned and serviced daily (except Sundays and public holidays) with a friendly supervisor on site for any queries and advice.

Items not provided: towels, toiletries, dishwashing liquid and toilet rolls.
