This beautiful family home is modern, spacious and fully equipped as self-catering accommodation, with 6 Queen bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (5 en-suite). It offers magnificent ocean views with the focus on relaxing with family and friends.

It is situated on Tinley Manor beach, which is a lovely swimming beach with rock pools on one side and a tidal pool at the other end of the bay. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs with a balcony, offering stunning views of the Indian ocean and some have outside showers.

The house is pet friendly (please specify on enquiry) with its own private garden and access gate to the beach. Clearview fencing offers uninterrupted ocean views from the patio. It further offers DSTV with TVs in the living and entertainment areas and uncapped Wi-Fi.

The living areas are spacious and the bar is equipped with a large bar fridge. The kitchen is built on two levels. One level is where the cooking area forms part of the living and entertaining spaces, and the other level is the scullery, with a dishwasher. The laundry has a large washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer.

The outdoor area has a large patio overlooking the ocean and a portable kettle braai provides BBQ facilities for use outside. Dolphins are often seen throughout the year and whales between July and December.

A daily house cleaning service is included by the live-in housekeeper (on request).

There are 2 garages, ample parking and 24-hour security. Please bring your own towels (bath and beach) as well as your consumables.
