The house has 4 bedrooms of which 3 are en suite and the fourth has a bathroom next door. There is also a separate toilet and basin in the living area downstairs. The main bedroom is downstairs (waterfront), the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms are upstairs, 2 (en suites) of which are waterfront with their own private balcony’s overlooking the canals. The main bedroom en suite has a bath and large shower whereas the other bathrooms have large showers only.

Entertainment and Facilities

The spacious living area downstairs is open plan and flows on to the deck which stretches onto the canal, where you could moor your own boat. In the living area downstairs there is an indoor braai and on the deck there is a lapa braai for good weather conditions.

Full DSTV premium is available on the downstairs TV with Full HD xtraview on the TV in the upstairs lounge for those that want to watch a different channel. There is also a DVD player available downstairs. On the property there is a 2 seater kayak available for use by tenants as well as a table tennis table in the double garage.

Fishing
Fishing is allowed in the canals from the property only with a large variety of fish swimming around. The marina rule is catch (take a photo) and release. There is also very good fishing off the nearby beach.

The marina has 24 hour security with cameras at strategic points for your safety, so you can relax and enjoy your time away from home.

Nearby Attractions

200m from the property there is an open air gym available for use. The marina also boasts a family restaurant (Marina Wharf) on the canals (which offers boat cruises) and a fun whacky waterpark for the good weather days. Within walking distance is one of the most pristine beaches you will find on the African coast as well as 2 other top restaurants on the beachfront (Walskipper and Tapas). Jeffreys Bay main beach is a mere 5km away.

Other attractions close by are: shopping malls, golf courses, horse riding, bowls, tennis etc, even the big five if you prepared to drive about 100km.
