The well-known grannies pool is in front of the flat where it is very safe for children to swim, and they can be watched from the balcony.

The Ballito main beach is less than 200m walk away with a direct gate from the complex.

The main bedroom is en-suite with a full bathroom (toilet, bath,shower) and has a queen size bed and smart TV.

The 2nd & 3rd bedroom both have double beds.

Linen and duvets are provided for the beds. Bath towels are provided but bring your own beach towels. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge.

DSTV decoder is available if you have your own smart card. or you can login to dstv via streaming.

Open plan kitchen, dining room with 6-seater table and beautifully furnished lounge with smart TV. The large wrap around balcony with braai and patio furniture has sliding doors from the lounge and all three bedrooms.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, braai pan, crockery and cutlery.

Secure garage for 1 vehicle and open parking for quests.
There is a lift in the complex. Access to the complex and beach is by remote control .

A daily floor service is available at an additional fee of R200 per day except public holidays and Sundays.

Welcoming coffee, soap, toilet paper as well as dishwashing liquid will be provided once upon arrival.

The unit can accommodate a maximum of 6 people only (children included)
More than six ( 6 ) people children included will also be asked to leave immediately with no refund

STRICTLY NO STUDENTS OR MATRICULANTS WILL BE ALLOWED. THEY WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY.

For cancellations the apartment must be re-let for the same period of time for refund.
