Entertainment area off lounge with undercover awning as well as built-in-braai and a lovely private splash pool overlooking the ocean. There is access to the beach from the complex of which a code for access to the private beach will be given to Guests.

Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher, as well as all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc supplied.

An outside court with washing line JoJo tank & separate laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

The Property is in a complex (small & private) and is accessed via a remote-controlled gate into the Premises. There is an undercover parking for Unit 6 as well as one Guest parking available.

The Unit has a full alarm system and is situated behind the Shelly Shopping Centre for convenient shopping and a short walk to the Shelly Ski-Boat Club.
