Less than 100 meters from the Sea shore - Little Billy Bay, nice for fishing right on your doorstep and then less than 400 meters from both Ramsgate Blue Flag beach, with nice cocktail bar and restaurant, and Waffle House on the beach. Everything is walking distance. Enjoy sun-downers in your own Jacuzzi on your own deck and leisurely swim in the under-cover heated swimming pool. For serious golfers there are excellent golf courses to choose from, etc., Wild Coast Sun, Margate and Southbroom.

There is the crocodile farm 2km from La Dique, Waterworld at Wild Coast (30 km). Whale deck very close to Ramsgate beach walking distance, antique shops across the road, ski-boat club where all the boats launch every day - all walking distance. Mac Banana, few kilometers away towards Wild Coast for fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts and dried fruits, crafters' markets, sauces and unbelievable pancakes. Sebenza wooden little shops towards Margate on your left, nice take-away fish and stalls with variety of treats, stalls and shops for everybody.
