Juanita is a beautiful complex, strategically situated right on the beach. A stunning four bedroom, four bathroom unit with a magnificent living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a eight seater breakfast counter, microwave, stove, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer for your convenience. Washing lines are available on the premises.
The very well maintained garden leads directly onto the beach, eliminating having to cross any dangerous roads. Margate's CBD, main beach, restaurants and the fishing pier are all only about a ten minute walk away.
Sparkling fresh water swimming pool and a communal braai area are both situated on the premises for your convenience. Should you wish to braai in the comfort of our unit, we offer a gas braai and an eight seater table on a spacious balcony with breath-taking sea views where dolphins and whales are often sighted. One can relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset together in one another's company well into the night, with the knowledge that one is safe and secure.
The unit is equipped with ceiling fans in all the rooms and living area. We also supply a TV with DSTV viewing in the living area. Linen is provided, but we kindly ask that you bring your own towels. Two secure, undercover parking bays are included. Cleaning services are only available on request.
