SUMMER SEASON 2026: 15 January - 29 April: R5 200 per week night; R5 800 per weekend night

March - April School Holidays 2026: (4 nights minimum stay)
27 March - 1 April: R6 600 per night

Easter Weekend 2026: (4 nights minimum stay)
2 - 6 April: R7 000 per night                                                                                                                   

Freedom Day Long Weekend 2026:
24 - 27 April: R6 000 per night (4 nights minimum stay)

Workers Day Long Weekend 2026:
30 April - 3 May: R6 000 per night (3 nights minimum stay)

Arrival & Departure

Check - in: from 15H00
Check - out: at 11H00
Delayed departures (check-out) may be negotiated with management, but subject to our booking schedules.

Rules


  • We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, unless the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival and only if the house has been re-let.

  • Bookings are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights, except for long week ends and the December/January peak season.

  • Payments can be made by electronic bank transfer.

  • Regrettably, credit cards are not accepted.

  • Prices are subject to annual adjustments and change without prior notification.

  • The house is let out as a unit and the rooms cannot be hired individually.

  • No smoking is permitted indoors.

  • No pets are allowed

  • REFUNDABLE KEY/BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

    R1 000 key/breakage deposit is required with your final accommodation payment. This deposit may be used for any possible breakages or should an alternative claim arise.

    The key/breakage deposit will be refunded to your bank account by EFT, within 3 working days, after the safe return of the keys and if no breakages or damages were reported.
