Terms Of Payment:
  • 50% deposit required to secure your booking. To be paid within 24 hours of quotation otherwise a new enquiry has to be generated to confirm availability. Balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to check in. 
  • An additional once off agent, key and cleaning fee of R850.00 plus a REFUNDABLE R1000.00 BREAKAGE DEPOSIT is required, paid directly into Granada 403. The refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 will be reimbursed if there are no loss or damages and / or extra cleaning required and no smoking was done in the unit. (approximately 72 working hours after departure date).
  • Only direct deposits, and internet payments directly into our bank account are accepted. No cheques or credit cards are accepted. For cash deposits a fee ranging from R50 to a R100 will be levied, these are due to bank charges.

Cancellation Policy: (Deposit refers to 50% of Total Quoted Price)
  • 3 months before stay date: 80% of deposit is refundable
  • 1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable
  • 2 weeks before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable

  • Booking in 14:00
  • Checking out 9:00
Rules/Conditions:
  • The unit sleeps six, with a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (sleeper couch)
  • No persons under the age of 21 without adult supervision
  • No stag parties
  • Bookings are not transferable
  • Fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment with facilities for a maximum of 6
  • All linen is provided, please bring your own towels, toiletries & cleaning aids
  • Strictly no smoking is permitted inside the unit, please use the balcony
  • No pets allowed
  • No visitors allowed without prior arrangements. Should this not be adhered to, a part or all of the refundable deposit will be forfeited.
