Zinkwazi itself is an undiscovered paradise, ±45 minutes from Durban. Its spectacular beaches, provides for ideal swimming, surfing, fishing and diving. The lagoon and tidal pools at low tide, are wonderful for children, and one can also canoe and ski (if you have access to a boat) for a good distance up the river, or perhaps watch the many species of bird life. Zinkwazi meaning "Fish Eagle", is close to all our wonderful Game Reserves in Zululand, and there are excellent golf courses in the area. For daily essentials, there is a village Spa, but other than those, it is totally unspoilt!
Glenview, is a spacious neat double storey house, situated one road up from the beach with a swimming pool and lovely sea views. There is access to a beach path 500m from the house. The main bathing beach and lagoon is approx. 1km down the road. The house has 3 double bedrooms upstairs, and two full bathrooms sleeping 8 including children. In the main bedroom there is a king size bed, dressing area and TV, and the second bedroom has a double and a single bed, both bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto a large patio with stunning ocean views, (a must for hot summer nights!) There is a double bed and a single bed in the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Downstairs there is an open plan lounge, with smart TV and fibre WiFi, and dining room which open onto the patio and pool. in addition there is a guest toilet, braai area, and fully equipped kitchen with under counter oven and hob, and laundry facilities. The property is fully walled, has good security and alarm system and there is a double garage.
An inverter and battery system has been installed to alleviate the “load shedding” inconvenience.
For guests who wish to indulge in some leisure, padel courts are available for enjoyment at Zinkwazi Beach.
