- R700 once off Cleaning Fee is required.
- A Breakage Deposit of R1500 will be required as a breakage/Key/Remote deposit. Breakage/Key/Remote deposit is refundable 5 - 7 working days once the guest has checked out and nothing is damaged/broken and or missing.
- All bookings are held as provisional until a deposit of 50% of the total amount including refundable breakage fee & cleaning fee is received by us. Remaining 50% will be due 14 days before arrival date.
- The maximum number of persons occupying the unit must not exceed the number of beds. Should we find more people are being accommodated than allowed, please be advised that we have the right to ask you to leave, forfeiting your rental fees and time in the unit.
- We do not accept credit cards or cash.
Please note that there are ongoing renovations taking place on weekdays until 14:00 within the area of the complex during the low season.
The following is available on arrival:
- 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet.
- Tea and coffee-making station
- A small unit of dishwashing liquid and Handy Andy.
As it is a self-catering unit, guests are required to purchase their own supplies of toilet paper, cleaning chemicals as well as tea and coffee.
Out of Season
From R1450 per night weeknight or From R1650 per night weekends
Longer out of season bookings (7 nights or more) will be discounted.
Semi Season
From R2550 per night.
Long Weekends
From R2250 per night.
Peak Season
From R4150 per night.
Cancellation Policy (normal circumstances)
- If a cancellation is made 3 months or more prior to arrival a 100% refund will be made.
- If a cancellation is made between 3 months and 2 weeks of arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made within 2 weeks of arrival the tenant will not be eligible for a refund.
- There will be no refunds for early departures.
G04 The Boulders
G04, The Boulders is a Modern Ground-Floor Self-Catering Apartment located in the secure Boulders complex in the popular holiday town of Ballito, on the northern KwaZulu-Natal Coast. The Boulders complex is situated on Compensation Road, and offers direct access to the beach, without crossing any roads. The complex has lush lawn for the kids to play, a fully fenced off swimming pool as well as a communal braai & seating area.
The Modern Apartment has recently received a full renovation and can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en-suite, and a small safe in the cupboard for your valuables. This room has a sliding door, with security gates, that open up onto the patio, so you can drift off to sleep at night with the melody of the waves. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These rooms share a second bathroom with a bath as well as a shower. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living area.
The Modern Kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. The dining room comfortably seats 6 people. In the comfortably furnished lounge there is a smart TV with full DStv. Guests have access to unlimited Wi-Fi in the unit. A stunning patio leads off the Lounge and offers visitors amazing sea views right through to Salt Rock. Steel security gates at both sliding doors and front door enabling you to listen to the sea and waves during the night with the sliding doors open.

There is undercover parking for 1 vehicle in this secure complex, as well as open parking for visitors and trailers.
