Self Catering House, Cottage, Chalet in Oliviershoek Pass

SUMMARY:

Dumbe, where the Voortrekkers entered Natal, on their trek to the Drakensberg Mountains – an escarpment of history. These stone, 2 sleeper cottages, offer accommodation with breathtaking views of times gone by. (One Queen size bed). The ideal, romantic breakaway for a couple.

Dumbe is about 280 km from Durban and about 300 km from Johannesburg, on the R 74 route.

Eskom power is provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery/crockery/gas stove/ microwave and fridge.

Bedding and towels are provides. Bring own charcoal and firelighters for braaiing on the deck.

Dumbe offers fly fishing, mountain biking, 4x4 route, bird watching, hiking and pure relaxation, especially from the sundeck.

Fireplace and wood provided. ( R 30 per container).
