Driftwood No 7
Driftwood No 7 is situated at 56B Compensation Beach Road, Ballito, within 50 metres of Clarke Bay Beach and 600 metres of Salmon Bay Beach. It is right on the beach with magnificent un-interrupted beach sea views and direct access to the promenade.
This first floor Apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Open plan kitchen, living room and dining room that open directly onto the large balcony. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and opens onto the patio with a spectacular sea view. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bunk bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
A fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster kettle crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and tumble dryer is available in the scullery.
There is free uncapped Wi-Fi. A 60” Smart TV with full DSTV, Amazon, Netflix and Showmax is available in the lounge and in the main bedroom.
There are braai facilities (Weber Charcoal braai) on the huge patio. The unit is serviced from Monday to Saturday (public holidays excluded).
The complex has a swimming pool and tennis courts. It is necessary to bring your own beach towels. It has one garage with direct access from the garage to the apartment.
There is secure parking for vehicles. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
