Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Minimum stay long weekends: 3-4 nights.
 
Peak Season:

R3100 - R 4000 per night for up to 6 guests (depending on dates, length of stay and number of guests). 

Discount given on dates outside of school holidays. 
One set of bed linen and towels (not beach towels) per person is included in the rate.
Wi-Fi is included (basic). Upgrade packages available at the cost price.

Easter minimum stay: 4 nights
Christmas or New Year period minimum stay: 10-21 nights; please enquire.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival and departure times as per arrangement. Flexible upon agreement subject to availability but in general:
Arrival from 3 pm.
Departure not later than 10.30 am.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation we will try to re-let and if successful will refund the balance less any expenses. If unable to re-let we reserve the right to keep all money received except refundable breakage/cleaning deposit.

Payment Terms

To secure a booking 40-60% cancellation deposit is required. The full payment/balance is due not later than 30 days before arrival. A refundable breakage/cleaning deposit of minimum R 1000, maximum R3500 (depending on length of stay) is requested.

Rules

Sorry, no smoking, pets or visitors allowed. Dreams is suitable for mature and responsible guests looking for a relaxing getaway/holiday. Dreams is not suitable for partying. Guests are required to sign a booking/conditions of stay form to confirm the booking.
