ANY UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS WILL BE PENALIZED AND CHARGED FOR !

Guests are held liable for any damages and/or breakages on site.

NO DAY VISITORS !!! AT ALL !!

Arrival & Departure

ARRIVAL AFTER 2 PM UNLESS ARRANGED PREVIOUSLY WITH OWNER (CONTACT DIANE)
DEPARTURE TIME CAN BE NEGOTIATED DEPENDING ON BOOKINGS

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 0 - 7 days prior to arrival - 100% forfeiture of deposit
Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 50% forfeiture of deposit

Payment Terms

No credit card facilities
50% deposit is required to secure booking, outstanding amount is payable at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, proof of payment to be emailed.
Year end bookings to be paid in full at least 2 months prior to arrival.

Rules

The 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds is only applicable to children aged 13 years and younger.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT.
STRICTLY NO DOGS.

The owner reserves right of admission. NO LIABILITY is accepted for any accident, injury, or death on the premises, booking of the premises is STRICTLY AT OWN RISK.

Be aware that there are a few feral cats on site which are sterilised by the owner.
