50% of the total cost of accommodation provisionally booked is payable upfront to secure the booking.
The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. This balance includes a breakage deposit of R2000 which is fully refundable 7 days after departure via bank transfer should no breakages be found.
ON CANCELLATION:
A refund of 80% will be refunded up to 45 days before arrival.

Thereafter if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund will ONLY be refunded if the booking is fulfilled by another client.
Coral Beach House
Our beautiful beach house is situated right on Pennington’s Main Beach with direct private access onto the beach.
All 5 bedrooms open up onto a massive wooden balcony with 180-degree sea views. The house has a lovely large garden for kids and a pool as well as plenty outdoor areas to braai and relax whilst taking in the ocean view. We have a pool net for the little ones safety.
The house has 5 bedrooms upstairs, with 2 main ensuite. The other 3 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The 2 main rooms have a king size bed, room 3 a double bed and rooms 4 & 5 have twin beds in each. There are 2 additional single beds which can be placed in any of the rooms for extra little bodies. There is also a spacious lounge upstairs with a TV / DSTV.
Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge as well as a bar. The lounge has TV / DSTV. The kids have their own massive playroom off the kitchen with their own TV / DSTV which is separate from the main lounge DSTV. There is also a table tennis table. There is a large main fridge freezer in both the kitchen and in the playroom so plenty of space for food. The bar has 2 under counter fridges for drinks.
We are very security conscious and all rooms upstairs are fitted with security shutters on all the windows and sliding doors. There is also a security roller door to shut off downstairs from upstairs as well as inside and outside beams. And to top it off there is a night guard patrolling the perimeter from 6pm-6am.
The house is serviced daily.
The main beach is a beautiful swimming beach with life guards daily as well as a tidal pool about 100m up the beach. Above the pool is a lovely little beach café serving breakfasts and lunches…and delicious milkshakes!
There is a fully stocked OK superette and bottle store in Pennington and Scottburgh Mall is just a short drive away.
This is our second family home and is a wonderful place to bring your family and friends for an unforgettable beach holiday.
