Our spacious three-bedroom apartment is on the 4th level of the beautiful Chakas Terrace complex on the beach at Chaka's Rock, with one short flight of stairs from the parking area to the front door.
From the unit you have uninterrupted and amazing sea views which makes any coastal holiday an experience.
You have direct access from the complex to the beach and you can spend your days on this beach or take a short walk to the Salt Rock main beach to the one side and the lovely tidal pool to the other.
The unit has the following available:
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, an en-suite full bathroom (bath and shower) and a sliding door leading out on the patio.
The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a sliding door leading out to the patio. The third bedroom has two single beds.
A second full bathroom (bath and shower), services the second and third bedrooms.
The open plan kitchen/lounge area also leads out onto the patio. The comfortably furnished lounge has a TV with full DSTV.
The patio is equipped with outdoor furniture and there is a charcoal braai available for the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, crockery and cutlery to serve 6 people.
All the rooms have ceiling fans.
Linen and duvets are provided for the beds, but please provide your own beach, bath and tea towels.
There is one garage plus one reserved parking. Access to the complex is by remote control
Please note that this unit has a minimum booking requirement of 7 nights during Peak Season and In Season, and 5 nights for any other season at the normal tariffs. Shorter bookings are available on quote.
