Catalina Bay Unit 7

Catalina Bay No.7 is a self catering apartment in Hibberdene, situated directly on the beautiful Indian Ocean beachfront. This 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment is comfortable furnished and accommodates up to 8 people.

The Apartment
The main bedroom leads onto the patio overlooking the sea, where the sound and smell of the Indian Ocean is carried into the room by a cool evening breeze. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The remaining two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, share a bathroom.

The spacious open plan living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and two fridges for your convenience. The dining room table and the lounge (equipped with a home entertainment centre and DStv decoder) leads onto a built-in braai patio overlooking the sea.

All linen is provided; all you need to bring are towels. House cleaning is an optional extra.

The Complex
The beachfront side of the complex provides direct access onto the beach, beautiful garden area with a swimming pool and outside shower to rinse off after a day of fun, sun and sand! At the rear of the complex, approximately 100 meters, is a shopping centre boasting a Super Spar, Wimpy, KFC, bottle store, pharmacy, Laundromat, Video store, bank and post office facilities etc.

The complex has security with remote access and a CCTV camera system linked to a 24 Hrs security response. A covered parking bay is provided.

Location & Attractions
Only one hours drive from Durban Airport and the new Moses Mabhida Soccer Stadium, Hibberdene is renowned for its exquisite fishing spots and Blue Flag main beach, which is a mere 400 meters from the complex. With many activities in the area from Oribi Gorge "the highest swing in the Southern hemisphere" to scuba diving, horse riding, river rafting, quad biking, crocodile parks, game parks, bird sanctuaries and several fine golf courses.
Further to the south one would find Shelly Beach for the serious shopper at heart, with a quick stopover at Margate, on route to the Wild Coast Sun.
