CABANA 03 ground floor - CABANAS DEL MAR – Self Catering Cabanas
Please note that this cabana is not suitable for 6x adults.
We can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children OR 2 adults & 4 children.
It is situated in the vicinity of a tranquil, safe and friendly environment in the sea side town of Winkelspruit, South Coast / Sapphire Coast of KZN, which also has its own beach leading from the complex beach gate directly onto the beach.
The beach is literally a 50m walking distance away within the complex – with no roads to cross. The main beach is not too far away with life guards, a lagoon, fishing spots on the rocks, near the lighthouse which also sports a large pool with sea water.
The complex is secured by electric fences, patrolled by 24 hour security guards, has a lockable beach gate and has secure parking facilities in the complex.
Complex Communal facilities include:
2x crystal clear pools with a baby/toddler paddling pool.
Many braai areas are available
2x Lapa’s to enjoy sunrises & sunsets with friends and families.
A children’s play area is available for the children to enjoy which includes a jungle gym, slide, swings & a sandpit play
A coin operated laundry & tumble dryer facility is on the 1st floor of the cabana complex.
The cabana complex also offers shared Wi-Fi with all cabanas & is manned/controlled by the Cabana Del Mar office. The cabana booked does not have dedicated Wi-Fi - so it’s advisable to bring your portable modem with, just in case.
Parking is available for one car which is an under shade covering in the complex (Extra parking / trailer can be arranged at an additional cost)
The apartment is child friendly and suitable for young families.
Unfortunately and regrettably, no pets are allowed in the complex
Nearby towns, beaches & clinics include:
Warner Beach, Kingsburgh, Illovo, Amanzimtoti is approx. 5km away and a 25 minute drive from King Shaka International Airport [65km]
Description of Cabana
Cabana 03 is situated on the ground floor overlooking the pool and beach gate.
Maximum occupancy of 6 persons includes day visitors & visitors
- Ideally 4 adults and 2 children OR 2 adults & 4 children – not suitable for 6 adults
All the cabanas in the complex are the same in size & are self-catering cabanas.
Having 2 bedrooms, 1x bathroom, lounge, kitchen and patio / balcony.
Accommodating a max of 6 persons or less - prices are per cabana and not per person
Ideally 4 adults and 2 children OR 2 adults & 4 children – not suitable for 6 adults
The cabana is fully furnished, It is tiled throughout, with an open plan lounge and kitchen, with a patio / balcony and is equipped with ceiling and standalone large fans.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils/crockery/cutlery/pots/pans for cooking and for using the braai facilities
The 1st [main] bedroom has a double bed equipped with ceiling + standalone fans
The 2nd bedroom has 2x bunks beds equipped with ceiling + standalone fans.
[the 2nd bedroom top bunks are not suitable for accommodating adults]
The lounge has a three seater, a two seater and a single seater couch, with a ceiling fan. It has a 50 inch flat screen TV with a single view DSTV decoder with Easy View package. DSTV Explorer Connection cables are provided, should you wish to bring your own decoder & smart card to plug in. Netflix is not available
The bathroom has a large shower + hand shower which can also accommodate a baby bath, together with a large vanity unit – unfortunately has no bath and a baby bath is not provided
We supply a hairdryer, an iron + ironing board, mop + broom & a lockable safe for valuables.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in time is 2 pm upon arrival and Check-out time is 10 am on the date of departure.
Bookings from 2nd week December to 2nd week January inclusive, must be booked for a minimum of 7 nights from Friday to Friday.
Bed linen / Toiletries / Cleaning Materials etc.:
This first set of bed linen, sheets, pillow cases & 1x toilet roll is included in the price.
The Cabana offers an optional service for a bed linen change at a nominal charge.
NOT PROVIDED due to hygiene purposes are –
Bath / hand / face / beach towels, soap, dishcloths, dishwashing liquid scourers, cleaning materials & toilet paper
Cleaning:
The Cabana is handed over clean and in good condition & is cleaned & sanitized upon arrival & after departure only.
Extra cleaning during your stay at an extra cost.

Quote is valid for 1 day only.
Deposit of 50% to secure and Account to be settled in full 30 days before arrival.
EFT payments only - Please send Proof of Payment.
Cash Deposits - a bank surcharge fee will charged
Cancellation Clause
For all Bookings the following Cancellation terms and conditions apply:

* cancellation more than 60 days prior to date of arrival, Admin Fee of R100 will be charged.
* cancellation 30 to 60 days prior to date of arrival, we shall retain 50% of the amount received.
* cancellation less than 30 days prior to date of arrival, full amount of the booking shall be lost
