Bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings cancelled 10 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings will be released automatically without notification if these conditions are not met.

Terms Of Payment

A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of the booking.
The balance which includes Breakage deposit and Linen Fee is payable not later than 30 (thirty) days before arrival.
Services of a daily cleaner can be arrange as an extra cost and will be payable upfront directly to the cleaning company.
Breakage and Key deposit will be refunded within 7 (seven) working days - less breakages/loss
