Lazy afternoons, sand between your toes and sun downers in the afternoons….. If you’re looking for a chilled weekend away from it all, then this self-catering house ticks all the boxes. Only an hour from Durban on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast you’ll find Barefoot Bazley situated in a quiet cove, a little off the beaten track. It boasts stunning sea views from the entertainment lounge and all the bedrooms. Frequent sightings of whales, dolphins, in June and July and the Sardine Run, make it essential for you to bring your binoculars to have a closer look.

A quick 5 minute walk along our private path brings you out to quiet and clean beaches, perfect for strolls and lazy sunny days. The rock pools are enticing for young and old and the main Ndasingane Beach is a must for swimming and surfing.

The house is fully self-contained and sleeps 8 adults and 5 children; there are 5 rooms in total. The layout comprises of 3 main large rooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms, there is a smaller 4th bedroom with a queen bed but no ensuite, the bathroom is across the hallway. The 5th room is a small kids room with two double bunks and no bathroom. All the rooms have stunning sea views. Downstairs you will find a large open plan lounge, bar, dining room and kitchen area that all opens up onto an outside patio with splash pool. There is also a separate lounge with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with two large fridge/freezer, electric hob top and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and tumble drier. Rooms are all fitted with fans. Satellite connection is available – bring your own decoder and card. There is a built in braai area and Webber braai available.

Our lovely live-in maid is available to service the cottage daily. The house has an alarm fitted and armed response security. We have a choice of golf courses nearby Umdoni Park Golf Course and Selborne Golf Estate. Scottburgh Mall is only a 20 minute drive away. Here you will find a selection of restaurants and popular shops.

Barefoot Bazley is our home that has been lovingly put together for beach comfort and relaxation. We invite you to put your feet up and take in the wonderful fresh sea air.
