Accommodation

Anchor's Rest has 3 luxury rooms which have self-catering facilities (which can also be taken on a B&B basis out of season).

Each of the suites offers the following facilities:

• Air conditioning plus ceiling fans
• En-suite bathroom with shower and bath
• Tea and coffee making facilities plus a small fridge
• TV with a personal DStv decoder
• Free Wireless Internet
• Safes and hair dryers

The large superior rooms have a private entrance and patio with barbecue facilities, as well as an open plan bedroom and lounge area which opens onto the private patio.

All rooms are available with, or without breakfast.  We offer a daily laundry service as well as credit card facilities for all major credit cards.

Yellowwood Room
Large, well-appointed garden room which sleeps two adults in either a king size bed, or two single beds. The Yellowwood room is often referred to as the "Honeymoon Suite" as it is private and spacious.

Honeymoon couples are welcomed to Anchor's Rest with a complimentary cold bottle of sparkling wine and a box of chocolates.

Cheetah Room
Large, well-appointed garden room which sleeps two adults in either a king size bed, or two single beds.

This suite has a large corner bath and shower, which is ideal for a long, luxurious soak!

There is a private covered patio, which is ideal for outdoor living. Situated in the garden away from other guest rooms, you have the feeling of being in a private garden apartment.

Strelitzia Room
A large, well-appointed room overlooking the pool and tropical garden. This room has a large, private patio with an electric sun awning, which is ideal for protection from the hot midday sun.

This room accommodates two people in either a king size bed, or two single beds, with a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath.

The Coral Room
The Coral room overlooks the sparkling swimming pool and offers guests a large en suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath.

There is a queen size bed with crisp cotton percale which ensures a luxurious, good night's sleep.

The Aloe Room
The Aloe room also overlooks the sparkling swimming pool and has a large, modern en suite shower. There is a double size bed, again with crisp cotton percale which entices you to relax and unwind for a restful night's sleep.

Breakfast
Choose between a sumptuous English breakfast, or a healthy Continental breakfast, or have both! Breakfast is served in the air-conditioned dining room or on the patio, weather permitting.

Service
Airport transfers can be arranged at competitive rates. Car rental can also be arranged with delivery to and from Anchor's Rest.

To assist the leisure traveller, we have an experienced in-house tour guide who will gladly assist you with arranging tours to the various exciting tourist attractions that KwaZulu Natal has to offer.
