Payment arrangement: 50% deposit secures the booking, the balance must be paid by wire transfer 30 days prior to arriving. A refundable, key, breakages, house rules deposit of R3,000 is paid before arrival and will be refunded within 1 week of departure if all is in order, refer to house rules. Cancellation Policy: 0-28 Days: 100% of all funds paid 29+ Days: 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) In the event of premature departure, we will charge for the full value of the booking On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, 72 on Oxley will refund the applicable amount as stated above within 5 working days. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.

72 Oxley Road is a modern double-story home located in Port Edward. This beautiful property boasts stunning sea views, a private pool, and comfortable living space. The open-plan living space leads directly onto a generous outdoor patio with a large garden and jungle gym for children. The private swimming pool and undercover braai area makes for the perfect place to spend your holiday, a visit to the beach is just a short stroll away. The house has 3 bedrooms each with a full ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a large 2mx2m custom-size bed and a bunk bed for children . The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the upper level. Each with their own bathroom and direct access to the large balcony with an amazing sea view. There is also a 2nd lounge on this level .
The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen , lounge and dining room opening effortlessly through aluminum stack doors onto a spacious undercover patio. The patio is equipped with a built-in braai and overlooks the swimming pool, creating an ideal space for relaxing and entertaining. The property also features a variety of outdoor areas, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the surrounding ambiance.
