Failure to make payment the same day of notice sent out the space will be placed back on market and client who made the original booking will forfeit their full payment. Please keep all patio doors and doors closed at all times when using air-conditioner and when smoking on patio. Any damages to anything in the unit be it furniture or the building will be charged to the client, if the breakage deposit is not enough the client will pay in the difference via EFT. |

The pool is fenced. There are built in barbeques at pool. There is wheelchair access and guests can get around and even to beach on wheelchair. We are on the sixth floor. Fully air-conditioned unit. Bring your own beach umbrella and beach towels. Compulsory daily cleaning services including Sundays and public holidays, to maintain high cleaning standards. 40” smart enabled TV with full DSTV bouquet. Guests can access the TV Apps with their own respective login details. The apartment is equipped with uncapped high speed internet. The apartment also has a generator with full running capability to utilise all appliances and amenities, including air-conditioning, during load shedding.
