Terms Of Payment
EFT only. All bookings require a 50% deposit upfront and balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date. There is a Breakage deposit of R2500 which is refundable provided nothing is wrong with our unit once you have used it. The R575 linen fee is non refundable.

Cancellation Policy
No refund of deposits. Bookings that have not been paid in full will be given 24 hours to rectify and make payment. Failure to make payment the same day of notice sent out the space will be placed back on market and client who made the original booking will forfeit their full payment.

No smoking in unit. Please keep all patio doors and doors closed at all times when using air-conditioner and when smoking on patio. Any damages to anything in the unit be it furniture or the building will be charged to the client, if the breakage deposit is not enough the client will pay in the difference via EFT.
