Rates excluding cleaning service as follows:

a) Out of season R1 750.00 per night.

b) Semi season R2 250.00 per night.

c) In Season R2 500.00 per night.

d) Peak Season R3 000.00 per night.

e) R1 000.00 refundable breakage deposit in addition to the above (a to d)

Minimum stay 2 nights, 4+ nights 10% discount, 6+ nights 15% discount, 8+ nights 20% discount.

Exceeding 5 nights stay includes a full free linen change after every 5 nights or sooner if required.

50% deposit secures your booking and balance must be paid within 5 working days of your check-in date.

R1 000 refundable breakage deposit is refunded in cash on the day you check-out unless you prefer an EFT within 5 working days of departure.


Refunds following cancellations of bookings apply as follows:

Covid-19, serious illness or death in the family: Full (100%) refund of amount paid on receipt of evidence within 5 working days.

Other reason/s and host managers to secure a booking for the same dates: Full (100%) refund of amount paid within 5 working days.

Other reason/s and host does not manage to secure bookings for the same dates: 75% refund within 5 working days.

SUMMARY:

56 La Pirogue is a luxurious 3 bedroom, fully furnished family self-catering apartment, level to a beautiful swimming pool, in a gated secured complex just across the road from Ballito’s main swimming beach – Willard Beach (+-150M, 5 minutes walk). The famous La Montague hotel is just across the road, Hole in the Wall (a must visit on the low tides) is a 5 minute drive and the apartment is within walking distance to the Checkers supermarket, liquor store and restaurants. It is a spacious, open plan non-smoking 6 sleeper (can be converted to 8 sleeper with the use of the lounge sofas). One undercover and 1 visitor’s secured parking behind locked gates. Entrance by remote control through electronic gates for vehicles and pedestrians. Security guard on premises from 18H00 to 06H00 daily. Sorry, not suitable for wheelchairs.

The lounge, main and second bedroom all have their own sliding doors that open onto the balcony with partial sea views. The third bedroom and kitchen have views of the lovely swimming pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has a glass top electric stove, portable gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing/dryer machine, and dish washer with many smaller appliances such as toaster, George Foreman Grille, Toaster, Electric Kettle and multi-function electric cooker.

The lounge has comfortable sofas (9 seats), aircon, a recliner, coffee table, smart large screen TV, DSTV, Wi-fi, drink trolley, bar fridge and an ice maker. Balcony has a 6 seater dining table.

The main bedroom with partial sea views has a king size bed, cupboards, ceiling fan, aircon, table with 2 relaxing chairs, dressing table and en suite bathroom with shower, corner bathtub, toilet and basin. The second bedroom with partial sea views also has a king size bed, cupboards, dressing table, ceiling fan and aircon. The third bedroom with view of the pool has a queen size bed, cupboards, dressing table, ceiling fan and aircon. Linen, pillows, duvets and towels (hand, bath, beach) are provided.

The second (sharing) bathroom has a shower, corner bathtub, toilet and basin. The balcony outside the bedrooms has a stainless steel charcoal braai (charcoal is supplied), gas skottel braai. A weber gas braai is available on request.

Swimming pool is level to and just outside the apartment with a separate pool for very young children. Two large beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler boxes and beach body boards are available for your use.

NOTE
1) This amazing beach letting apartment is strictly for family bookings only, students/matriculants, bachelor or hen parties are not allowed.

2) Smoking indoors is not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside the apartment or on the balconys.

3) Health and Safety – You can rest assured all Covid-19 protocols are strictly adhered to. This apartment is deep cleaned after each booking/stay, there is a complete linen change, towels and laundry.

4) No pets are allowed.

5) We are not strict with check in and checkout times as its your holiday and we want you to chill out but recommend you check-in after 08H00 and check-out no later than 16H00.
