Minimum stay 4-5 nights

Bookings are confirmed, only on receipt of 50% deposit. The balance remaining is payable 14days before arrival. Banking details will be provided when necessary.

Cancellation refunds will only be made if the unit is re-let over the same period or if let, pro-rata.

Seasons rates are changed per night and vary accordingly.

Departures at 9:00 am and arrivals not before 14:00 pm.

Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages etc.

No pets/birds are allowed or any group of students/matriculants.

Over crowding is not allowed. The maximum nr of persons (children included) must not exceed the number of beds available (Max 6)

Any misbehaviour or disturbance will lead to immediate eviction.

Prior to departure, please ensure that the house/flat is locked and left is the same condition as it was on arrival. Please remember to drop off keys at Dolphin Beach

Cleaners at BP Garage, Ballito Drive, Ballito.

Please do not leave keys with security personnel or cleaners. Rather ask for contact details of Dolphin Beach Cleaners.

We take every care to ensure all TV’s and appliances are in working order. Faulty appliances and TV’s will be tended to asap and no refunds or discounts will be made in this regard.
