- The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble drier
- The living room has a comfortable lounge suite, TV and DStv decoder with DSTV Premium
- The dining room has a six-seater table and chairs
- There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and in the lounge
- The apartment has a lock up garage and parking for an additional vehicle – a maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted per unit.

- A plastic table and 6 chairs are available for use on the patio
- The complex has a fenced swimming pool for the use of all the residents
- A cleaning service is available Mon-Fri (excluding Public Holidays) at a rate of R 60 for a 2 hour service

- No 16 is a ground Floor unit with no stairs and good security measures (Trellidoor, burglar bars)
- Access to the complex is by a remote controlled security gate
- The complex is located opposite the Boulevard Shopping Centre, which includes a small supermarket, auto bank teller machine, pizzeria, surf shop, restaurant. The bigger shopping centres are within 5 minutes' drive
